what a tit of a woman, typical halfwit given a managers badge!!just go to the OFT right away. I wouldnt provide the video evidence, as this could lead to possible legal repocussions for yourself(i assume she wasnt aware of being filmed?), but you could make a note of the dialouge. I would also report this woman to BnQ, regarding her attitude, especially the parth about"ive told you three times, i wont tell you again". The fact is the product has an obvious fault, and had such since the time of sale, this falls under consumer rights law, nothing to do with warranty, their warranty policies mean F all if they are in breach of consumer rights law!!
